YOUR INFORMATION
Privacy & cookies
Last updated: 4 October 2026
This notice explains how WeDoDBR handles your information when you visit this website, email us or book a Solar Lead Review.
Who is responsible for your information?
WeDoDBR is operated personally by Ryan Murray, based in Dublin, Ireland. Ryan Murray is the controller of personal information used to handle WeDoDBR enquiries and bookings.
Contact: ryan@wedodbr.com.
Address: 62 Bunbury Gate Crescent, Swords, County Dublin, Ireland.
What information do we use?
- Enquiries: your name, email address, business details and anything you choose to include when you contact us.
- Bookings: the contact details and answers you provide through Calendly, your selected appointment time, and information needed to arrange or manage the review.
- Technical access information: hosting services may process your IP address, browser information, requested pages and request times to deliver and protect the website.
This website has no enquiry form, database upload facility, advertising pixels or analytics scripts. Please do not send customer databases or sensitive personal information as part of an initial booking or enquiry.
Why do we use it?
We use enquiry and booking information to respond to you, arrange a Solar Lead Review, assess whether our services are relevant and discuss a possible engagement.
For business enquiries, our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering relevant requests and managing prospective business relationships. Where you are personally considering a contract with us, we may process the information needed to take steps at your request before entering that contract. Technical access information supports our legitimate interest in operating a reliable, secure website. We may also retain or disclose information where a legal obligation requires it.
Booking a review does not subscribe you to a promotional mailing list. You can ask us to stop sales follow up or object to processing based on legitimate interests by emailing ryan@wedodbr.com.
Booking through Calendly
Our booking buttons take you to Calendly. We do not embed Calendly or load its booking scripts on this website. When you open its booking page, Calendly processes information to operate the booking service and may use its own cookies or similar technologies.
Calendly processes appointment information on our behalf and also processes some information for its own platform purposes. Read Calendly’s privacy notice and data processing addendum for the roles, practices and safeguards it describes.
Who receives the information?
Relevant service providers may process information to provide scheduling, email, calendar, website hosting and security services. These include Calendly for bookings and OpenAI Sites and its Cloudflare infrastructure for website delivery. Email and calendar providers may process the communications and invitations used to arrange your review.
We may disclose relevant information where required by law or where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. You can contact us for more detail about the providers involved in your enquiry.
International processing
Some providers process information outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Calendly describes its international transfer arrangements, including the Data Privacy Framework covering transfers from the EU to the United States and standard contractual clauses, in the documents linked above.
For platform processing, see OpenAI’s European privacy policy and Cloudflare’s privacy policy. Contact us if you would like information about the transfer safeguards relevant to your enquiry or a copy of applicable safeguards.
How long do we keep it?
If your enquiry does not become a client engagement, we delete or anonymise your enquiry and booking details 3 years after the last meaningful contact. We may delete them sooner when they are no longer needed.
If you become a client, relevant information is kept for the engagement and applicable legal recordkeeping requirements. Where a specific legal obligation or a live dispute requires longer retention, we keep only the relevant information for as long as that reason requires.
Hosting providers manage technical access records according to their own service arrangements and policies. The 3 year enquiry period does not describe retention of independently controlled provider records.
Cookies and similar technologies
The page code we provide does not set cookies, use browser storage or load analytics and advertising tools. The typeface and page assets are hosted with the site, so displaying the page does not require a Google Fonts connection.

Your rights and choices
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, restriction of its use, or a portable copy. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw that consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Email ryan@wedodbr.com to make a request. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity. You can also complain to Ireland’s Data Protection Commission.
Providing enquiry or booking information is voluntary. Without the contact details needed to reply or arrange a review, we may be unable to do so. This website does not make automated decisions about you with legal or similarly significant effects.
Client databases and campaign data
This notice covers website visits, enquiries and bookings. Processing a client’s historical lead database requires a separately agreed campaign scope, data processing terms and appropriate permissions before any database is supplied or reactivation begins.
Updates to this notice
We will update this notice when our website or data handling practices change. The date at the top shows the latest update.
